We warrant that we will use our best efforts and professional skill to capture high-quality images and videos of your event. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, as weather conditions, lighting, and other factors may affect the final product.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our images or videos.
4. Permissions to Photograph
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the venue and other parties for us to photograph or videograph your event. This may include permission from guests who may be captured in the images.
5. Final Product
The final product will be delivered in the format(s) we agreed upon in the contract. We may offer additional products or services for purchase, but you are under no obligation to purchase them.
6. Types of Deliverables
The specific deliverables will be outlined in your contract and may include edited digital images, high-resolution files, prints, albums, or videos.
7. Termination of Contract
This contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice. In the event of termination, we will return all of your original materials and a prorated refund will be issued for any unused services.
8. Electricity Outlet
You are responsible for ensuring that a working electricity outlet is available for our equipment at the event location.
9. Coordinator
If you have hired a wedding coordinator, we will work closely with them to ensure a smooth and efficient photography/videography experience.
10. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your contract. We typically require a deposit to secure your booking date and the remaining balance is due before the event.
11. Food & Beverages for Team
We appreciate it if you can provide meals and beverages for our team during long event days.
12. Transport & Accommodation for Crew outside Mumbai
For events outside of Mumbai, you are responsible for providing transportation and accommodation for our crew.
